How to create a Help Desk ticket
- Call the Help Desk 517.244.1215
- If you email in tickets please be sure to give us a description of the problem and troubleshooting you have tried.
- If your email doesn't provide enough detail the Help Desk may call for more information before escalating the ticket.
- Enter tickets via the self service portal
- Your login is your Eaton RESA email address and password
