ISDs and RESAs Assist Essential Workforce in Finding Child Care

Clinton County RESA, Eaton RESA and Ingham ISD early childhood experts will coordinate efforts in our region to assist with essential workforce child care needs during the COVID-19 crisis. Governor Whitmer has reached out to intermediate school districts, regional educational service agencies and local districts across the state to expand the capacity for child care services which support members of the essential workforce during the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.

Governor and Headspace Launch 'Stay Home, Stay MIndful' to Offer Free Mental Health Resources

Today, Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced the Stay Home, Stay MIndful website in partnership with Headspace, a global leader in mindfulness and meditation, and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) to provide a new mental health resource for Michiganders to access for free during the COVID-19 pandemic facing both the state and nation.
