The Technology Services Department supports the district's information systems, telecommunications, security, software, and end user equipment.
The “end user equipment” is a broad term that encompasses many items including cell phones, desk phones, copiers, printers, tablets, desktop computers, and laptops. The technology staff works with staff and student devices where deployed across the Eaton RESA area.The technology services staff works to provide a robust and secure data environment with responsive customer service.
Eaton RESA uses these information systems at the present time for attendance, grading, and reporting to government agencies:

- TIENET special education information
- Meraki mobile device management
- Honeywell Instant Alert notification system
