Technology Services 

The Technology Services Department supports approximately 300 users, 450 workstations (including laptops, desktops, and handheld devices), 8 different sites, and 10 Enterprise SAN (Storage Area Network) cluster solutions throughout the various Eaton RESA sites. Supported software includes the Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Windows, cloud computing solutions, and various other program-specific software applications appropriate to the needs of the various Eaton RESA departments.

Utilizing Polycom video conferencing equipment, Eaton RESA has been able to provide approximately 200 educators with interactive training sessions live from such locations as the Indianapolis Museum of Art, Michigan Department of Education, University of North Texas, and various other locations around the state.

The Technology Services Department supports Eaton RESA's local districts in complying with Michigan Department of Education requirements and uses database applications such as Skyward and SRSD.
